Level 1 for Hardware Sales, you will be instrumental in building
and maintaining strong relationships with customers and external
sales representatives. This role requires a Bachelor of Science and
is ideal for individuals eager to leverage their technical
background in a sales environment. You will manage customer
inquiries, generate leads, support external sales reps, and
contribute to our revenue goals through exceptional relationship
management and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities:Customer
Relationship Management: Develop and sustain robust relationships
with customers by understanding their needs, offering tailored
solutions, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Lead Generation
and Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify potential sales
leads through outreach activities, including cold calling, email
campaigns, and networking, while focusing on creating meaningful
connections.Quoting and Account Management: Preparing quotes,
processing orders, and managing customer accounts, ensuring
seamless communication and support throughout the sales
process.Support for External Sales Reps: Act as a resource for
external sales representatives by providing essential sales
materials, product updates, and coordination support. Facilitate
effective communication and collaboration to enhance their customer
relationships.Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical
background to gain in-depth knowledge of the company's hardware
products, providing insightful recommendations and addressing
technical queries from customers.CRM Management: Maintain accurate
records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups
in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to support
relationship-building efforts.Order Processing and Follow-Up:
Efficiently process orders, track their status, and coordinate with
logistics to ensure timely delivery. Follow up with customers to
ensure satisfaction and resolve any post-sales issues.Sales
Reporting and Analysis: Assist in generating sales reports and
analyzing data to understand trends and customer preferences,
contributing to strategic decisions and improved relationship
management.Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal team
members and external sales reps to align efforts, share insights,
and achieve collective sales goals. Foster a collaborative
environment to enhance team performance. Qualifications:Bachelor of
Science in Engineering (B.S. in Engineering).1-2 years of
experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within
the hardware or manufacturing industryExcellent communication and
interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on
relationship-building.SAP experience and CRM experience is
preferredAbility to work both independently and as part of a
teamStrong organizational and time-management skillsSelf-motivated,
goal-oriented, and customer-focused.Eager to learn and adapt in a
dynamic environmentProfessional demeanor with a positive attitude
and a passion for building meaningful connectionsAbility to travel
