We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer to join our dynamic team.Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, be admitted to practice in California and maintain good standing with the bar. You will demonstrate a commitment to zealous advocacy and possess a strong desire to pursue the best interests of clients. As a diligent self-starter, you will work independently while also serving as a mentor to our legal support staff.Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal injury litigation, advocating for their rights and interests.
• Draft pleading shells and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Mentor and guide legal support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the process.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance case management and strategy development.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide effective representation.
• Take/defend depositions and make court appearances, mediations, and negotiating settlements.Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Admitted to practice in California and in good standing with the bar.
  • Strong advocacy skills with a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
