Job Description:
Gr-- is a 2024 Michelin Bib awarded dinner restaurant, and is home
to a healthy, fresh, and mainly organic menu. It draws inspiration
from all over the world with a special focus on natural
fermentation; from the wood fired sourdough pizza, the seasonal
ferments/pickles to the eclectic use of exotic vinegars to natural
wines.
We are looking for a talented & passionate Chef who truly loves
this industry and wants to be proud of their work and deepen their
knowledge for cuisine, with a special focus on seasonality and
creativity.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be very organised,
passionate, a great team player, understand the high level of grace
and finesse involved in making delicious food and have experience
of cooking with different techniques and styles.
