Job SummaryWe are seeking a friendly and energetic Cashier to join our quick-service/fast-casual restaurant team at Shoots - Los Angeles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an excellent guest experience, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and efficiently handling orders.Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Take orders efficiently and handle payments accurately, ensuring a smooth and prompt transaction process for all customers.
• To-Go Order Management: Monitor incoming to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and timely preparation, and assist in properly packaging orders for pickup or delivery.
• Cleanliness Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter and guest areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Customer Engagement: Answer customer questions regarding the menu and restaurant policies, providing knowledgeable and friendly service to enhance their experience.
• Issue Resolution: Address any concerns or feedback from customers, ensuring that issues are handled swiftly and to their satisfaction.
• Team Support: Collaborate with kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure orders are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Product and Farm Knowledge: We value our relationships with our farm partners, so a deep understanding of the farms we work with and the goods they provide is essential.Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant, guest-facing role.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer support, ensuring each guest feels valued and their needs are met promptly.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers and team members, ensuring clear and positive interactions.
  • Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as taking orders, processing payments, and managing to-go orders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve any issues that arise, from customer concerns to operational challenges, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in order-taking, payment processing, and packaging of to-go orders, minimizing errors.
