Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success - Public
Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Engineers focused on
onboarding, adoption, and value realization
Manage a portfolio of customers to drive product adoption and
identify growth opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success and
improve internal processes
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of people management experience in Customer Success or
related customer-facing roles
Experience selling to the US Federal Government and State & Local
Government
Proven track record of managing a portfolio of customers or
delivering complex projects
Experience with managing a highly technical team
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced
environment
