Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Marketing and
Enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of enrollment and talent
marketing strategies
Drive brand strategy and ensure consistent branding across all
platforms
Oversee enrollment health and build capacity of regional enrollment
leaders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing or enrollment
management
At least 3 years of full-time people management experience
Experience with Hubspot, SchoolMint, and/or PowerSchool
preferred
Experience in the non-profit and/or startup sector
