A qualified candidate will be a positive-minded and inspirational role model, hands-on, driven, and committed to upholding our hospitality standards.Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of restaurant professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant operations, including food quality, safety, and sanitation, as well as service timing and accuracy.
• Drive a culture of warmth, authenticity, and hospitality for our guests and team members.
• Address problems proactively and be solution-oriented, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team development.
• Understand and analyze the restaurant's financial performance, including profit and loss statements, and make proactive recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement changes as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and human resources, to achieve business objectives.Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of previous Assistant General Manager or General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant.
  • Hunger to advance in a dynamic and growing restaurant group.

  • Focus on the details, including food quality, safety, and sanitation, and service timing and accuracy.
